Travel Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a strong background in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Pediatrics for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialized patient care environment while enjoying competitive compensation and potential contract extension. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a NICU setting. Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' respiratory status. Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications as prescribed. Operate and manage ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory support equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Respond effectively to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations.

QualificationsRequired:

Active North Carolina RRT License . Minimum 2 years of recent NICU, Neonatal, and Pediatric Respiratory Therapy experience . Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Compensation Weekly Gross Pay:

$2,120 (Based on 36 Hours/Week)

Taxable Rate:

$20.00/

Hour Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend:

$1,400

Overtime Rate:
