Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Recent experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute or sub-acute setting Advanced knowledge of respiratory care techniques and equipment Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapies to patients of all ages Operate and monitor ventilation and oxygen delivery systems Respond to emergency situations and perform rapid interventions as necessary Seek collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records
