This travel opportunity promises exposure to a dynamic, multidisciplinary patient population, ranging from neonates to geriatrics, in a Level 1 or 2 setting. Gain hands-on experience in an environment where strong collaboration between respiratory therapy, nursing, and medical staff is the norm. Working here will enhance your adaptability, communication, and leadership skills, as you engage with varied workplace practices and state-of-the-art equipment. Your schedule will offer both structure and the freedom to plan exciting adventures during your days off:
Schedule:
7-7, team-based staffing Weekend rotation: Days—every third weekend, nights—every other Holiday rotation: Aligned with permanent staffOrientation:
Three 12-hour shifts tailored to introduce you to all key unitsQualifications:
RECENT Level 1 or Level 2 experience required Active BLS and ACLS certifications; RRT or CRT required (NRP & PALS preferred) Valid driver's license (ensure you reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility and are not currently employed by any related entity) Demonstrated proficiency in EKG, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry Strong time management, flexibility, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver quality respiratory care across all inpatient areas (adults, peds, neonates) Operate a variety of advanced respiratory equipment (Drager, Servo I, Carefusion, Vision, V60, Airvo2, and others) Collaborate within a supportive, team-based environment Float to various hospital departments as needed, never as the sole RT in-houseBenefits & Perks:
