NVS Strategic Solutions is hiring six (6) Respiratory Therapists for a New Jersey state contract in Clinton, NJ. We're offering shift flexibility — candidates can select between a night shift (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM) or a day shift (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), each with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Whether you're an experienced RT looking for a steady night-shift role with predictable hours, or you prefer daytime work, we have openings to fit your preferred schedule. Responsibilities The Respiratory Therapist will provide skilled respiratory care to patients at the New Jersey state facility in Clinton. Duties include but are not limited to: Ventilator checks and management Tracheostomy (trach) care Patient assessment and respiratory monitoring Routine trach changes Cough Assist therapy and chest physiotherapy (chest PT) Accompany patients on hospital transfers as needed Restock respiratory equipment and supplies Portable oxygen maintenance and management Maintain accurate documentation of treatments administered, patient responses, and vital signs in compliance with hospital protocols. Required Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the State Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners, NJ Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs Minimum 1 year of experience providing respiratory care Ability to attend an in-person interview in or near Clinton, NJ Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening (background check, drug screen Reliable transportation to 40 Pittstown Rd, Clinton, NJ 08809 Preferred Qualifications Experience with tracheostomy changes — strong plus Strong respiratory skills — demonstrated competence with mechanical ventilation, airway clearance, and chest PT Ability to prioritize — comfort managing multiple patients in a fast-paced clinical environment Familiarity with
