26432 Job Description At Home Medical is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for the South Hackensack Clinical Services Unit. The position will be working approximately 2-day shifts per week
  • 8:30
  • 5pm Monday
  • Friday.
Possible Saturdays.
Relevant Experience:
Knowledge regarding homecare services and third-party reimbursement Excellent communication, documentation, customer service, organizational, prioritizing, and critical thinking skills Bi-lingual preferred To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices Assess patient health problems and needs Develop and implement care plans Maintain medical records Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
CPAP/VPAP
set ups in the patient home or office Qualifications
Education:
Associate of Science degree from an accredited respiratory therapist program, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred
License/Certification:
Active license for Respiratory Therapy in New Jersey, required. Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred.
