Qualifications & Experience:
Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active, unencumbered respiratory therapy license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience providing respiratory care in hospital, acute, or critical care settings preferred Adaptability to various treatment protocols and collaborative teams Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to a diverse patient population Conduct assessments, diagnostic testing, and administer treatments according to physician orders Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on respiratory care and therapies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and compliance standards
