Qualifications:
Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state license to practice (or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico) Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Familiarity with both adult and pediatric respiratory care Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset Previous travel assignment experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor various respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosol medications, ventilator management, etc.) Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health personnel Educate patients and families about ongoing treatments Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records Adhere to all clinical safety standards and best practices
