Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based respiratory care in ICU, NICU, ER, and medical units Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and manage ventilator support Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current NY state licensure (or eligibility) Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting Experience in critical care, neonatal, and emergency respiratory therapy preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP a plus) Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
