Elmsford, NY Starting Salary:
$105,000 (DOE) + $8,000 Annual Bonus | Company Vehicle Provided PromptCare is hiring a Respiratory Branch Manager to lead our Elmsford, NY branch — our second-largest revenue branch and a partner to the top hospitals in New York. This is a field-based, hands-on Respiratory Therapist leadership role for an RRT who wants to manage a team while staying clinically involved in patient care. You'll oversee a team of 3 RRT clinicians, a clinical assistant (RTA), and an admin assistant, ensuring safe, effective in-home respiratory therapy, diagnostics, and equipment for a primarily pediatric patient population. What You'll Do Lead branch operations and supervise/train the respiratory team Manage scheduling and dispatch in Brightree, Transport Manager, and Brightree Mobile Delivery Partner with sales, liaisons, and account executives to support branch growth Oversee patient Plans of Service from initiation through evaluation Drive NIV compliance and coordinate hospital and outpatient set-ups Maintain HIPAA compliance and continuity of care across the care team Participate in an every-4-week on-call rotation What You Need Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Current RCP state licensure in NY (and willingness to cross-license, at company expense) RRT or CRTT certification required Current CPR certification 5+ years as a working Respiratory Therapist (home care experience strongly preferred) Experience managing or leading RTs in the field highly desirable Valid driver's license and auto insurance in good standing Compensation & Perks $105K Starting - DOE base salary $8,000/year bonus ($2,000 quarterly) On-call pay: $225/week beeper pay plus $125 per call-in visit Company vehicle, gas card, tolls, and parking covered Laptop/tablet plus $35/month phone reimbursement Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays (all major holidays off) Company-paid short/long-term disability, life insurance, EAP, FSA/HSA, and more Ready to lead one of PromptCare's top respiratory branches?
