Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assess and interpret a patient's respiratory status 2. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with respiratory disorders 3. Administer medications and breathing treatments 4. Monitor and adjust ventilator settings 5. Provide patient education on respiratory conditions and treatment options 6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care 7. Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy 2. Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 3. State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure 6. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills 7. CPR certification 8.
