Provide expert respiratory therapy across all modalities. Participate in on-call rotations, covering 4 nights in a 6-week schedule. Engage in a rotational assignment to the West, expanding your clinical experience and professional versatility. Contribute to patient care in both routine and emergency respiratory situations.Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Proficiency in a full range of respiratory therapy modalities. Ability to respond effectively to on-call responsibilities. Flexibility to participate in rotational assignments, including travel to western locations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dedication to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with respiratory issues using diverse therapeutic techniques. Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation and other respiratory interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety protocols. Respond promptly to emergencies as part of the on-call schedule.
