Travel position; specific shifts discussed during interview
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Pediatric experience strongly preferred Proficiency in: medicated aerosol therapy, airway clearance/management, ventilation modalities, and pediatric/neonatal protocols NRP certification is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver aerosol, DPI, and MDI therapies; patient/family education Administer airway clearance interventions (PEP, cough assist, IPV, high-frequency chest wall oscillation) Execute mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV setup, checks, and titration Assist in intubation, blood gas sampling, and interpretation Manage protocols: asthma, CF, RDS, BPD, nitric oxide, HFNC, etc. Support rapid response and specialized neonatal transport teams Conduct equipment cleaning and troubleshooting Advantages for
