Schedule/Hours Rotate through all shifts as assigned On-call duties: 4 nights within a six-week schedule
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), eligible to practice in Ohio Clinical experience across all RT modalities preferred Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail Comfortable with on-call scheduling and providing responsive, quality patient care Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Administer all aspects of respiratory therapy, including assessment, treatment, and patient education Manage ventilators, conduct respiratory diagnostics, and perform emergency airway interventions Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care professionals to optimize patient outcomes Respond promptly to on-call requests within the allotted scheduleOutstanding Benefits and Perks:
