Role:
Advanced Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist Full Time Flexible Hours to join our team at our Toledo, OH location. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. With a focus on flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional care, our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, including but not limited to oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor and maintain patient equipment, including ventilators, ECG monitors, and oxygen analyzers Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements:
Respiratory Therapist Full Time Flexible Hours certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and patient assessment skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Familiarity with respiratory therapy equipment and techniques How to
