Respiratory Therapy Director

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is currently seeking a Respiratory Therapy Director Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in long-term care facility managing vent unit and pulmonary program. Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, such as oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and chest physiotherapy Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust therapy as necessary Perform diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
