In this role, you will assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory issues across various settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and emergency environments. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through compassionate care, precise airway management, and advanced ventilator support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on respiratory function, vital signs, and physiology to determine appropriate treatment plans. Administer respiratory therapy treatments including nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and medication delivery with precision and care. Manage ventilators and airway devices for patients. Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, adjusting treatments based on clinical observations and medical orders. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies for inpatient and outpatient populations. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, medication administration, and vital signs in compliance with hospital protocols. Respond swiftly to emergencies requiring airway management or critical care interventions. Requirements At least 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
