Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care utilizing established protocols and physician care plans. Administer and monitor therapeutic modalities including oxygen, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation. Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to deliver excellent patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in education for patients and their families regarding respiratory health.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential. Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred. Effective communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings. Strong problem-solving abilities and patient-focused attitude.
