As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in caring for patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions, delivering life-sustaining therapies and ensuring the highest standard of care.

What you will be doing:

Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease Monitor and manage patients on ventilatory support, responding quickly to changes in condition Perform detailed patient assessments, evaluating both physical and mental status Anticipate patient needs and proactively collaborate with physicians and care teams Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery Thrive in both one-on-one care and group education settings What you must have: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Confidence in managing critical respiratory cases and cardiopulmonary symptoms A team-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to patient safety, regulatory standards, and continuous learning Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist License Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
