About Fox Subacute Since 1985, Fox Subacute has specialized in pulmonary, neurological, and rehabilitative care for patients with degenerative neurological and neuromuscular conditions. We are recognized for providing high-quality care to tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent residents in both short-term and long-term rehabilitation settings. What We Are Looking For Fox Subacute at South Philadelphia is seeking highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. As the only ventilator program in the region with a CMS 5-Star Quality Rating, Fox Subacute is recognized for delivering exceptional, evidence-based respiratory care to a medically complex patient population. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($37.00-$42.00/hour) 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral Program Flexible scheduling options Why Join Fox Subacute CMS 5-Star Quality Rated facility Specialized ventilator and respiratory care program Flexible scheduling options, including two weekend shifts + one weekday shift as full-time Weekend pay incentives $2/hour night shift differential Electronic scheduling Same Day Pay (coming soon) Supportive, interdisciplinary clinical environment Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and ongoing evaluations for ventilator-dependent residents Initiate, monitor, and adjust ventilator settings based on clinical indicators, patient response, and provider orders Provide tracheostomy care, airway clearance techniques, bronchial hygiene therapies, and oxygen delivery management Identify and respond promptly to signs of respiratory distress using sound clinical judgment Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Educate patients and families on respiratory treatment plans and care goals Qualifications & Requirements Current Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT required) Proficiency in ventilator management and tracheostomy care preferred Ability to function effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced subacute or long-term acute care environment Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and assessment skills Excellent communication, organization, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to commute or relocate to Philadelphia, PA 19145 prior to start date Professional Growth & Support Opportunity to mentor and work alongside Respiratory Therapy students from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Collaborative clinical culture focused on quality outcomes and professional development Leadership support and ongoing clinical learning opportunities Fox Subacute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
