Required Qualifications:
Valid license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program 1+ year(s) experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication and collaboration abilities Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapy interventions to patients of all ages Assist with ventilator management, airway procedures, and emergency response Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform diagnostic procedures, such as arterial blood gas analyses Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and equipment use Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
