Engage your clinical skills at a prestigious Magnet-recognized teaching hospital, where you'll collaborate with expert teams across high-acuity environments, including multiple ICUs and specialized surgical units. Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Every other weekend Holiday shifts required
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification (NBRC and SC RCP required) At least 2 years of adult critical care experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Willingness to float within scope (adult population, similar policies/equipment) Strong adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity settings SC state license must be in hand at start
Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced respiratory care to critically ill adults Function within both cardiovascular and medical-surgical ICUs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Operate state-of-the-art equipment, including ECMO, IABP, and Impella Support patient recovery across acute, step-down, and complex surgery units
