Desired Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state licensure as required prior to start date Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and deliver prescribed respiratory care treatments Operate and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators and related respiratory equipment Respond promptly to emergency situations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Document care accurately and maintain patient safety at all times Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapies and at-home care requirements
