Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid, unrestricted state license as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) Proven experience in acute care and/or critical care settings preferred Familiarity with a range of respiratory therapies and medical devices Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders Deliver and manage various respiratory therapies, including mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient care plans and progress accurately and thoroughly Educate patients and families about respiratory health and device use
