2 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric experience for a night shift travel assignment at a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center children's hospital. Details Children's hospital setting at a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center Pediatric respiratory therapy unit Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:00 Weekend work required as needed 13-week contract Requirements Active RRT credential required; CRT not accepted Active TN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)-compliant license required; no pending licensure accepted; license required if applicable Minimum 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience required; 3+ years preferred Pediatric setting experience required At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not eligible Cerner EMR experience preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests submitted after an offer is made will not be forwarded to the facility for approval If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or New Year's fall within the assignment period, travelers must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 holidays (or 1 of 2 if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment) Former permanent employees or internal associates must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler Vaccination status must be included with your profile submission
