Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current and valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active state licensure for Respiratory Therapy, or eligibility to obtain Minimum of one year's experience in a clinical respiratory care setting Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Adaptability to new hospital protocols and documentation systems
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate respiratory therapies Operate and manage advanced respiratory care equipment Follow physician orders and interdisciplinary plans of care Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and device use Support the team by mentoring less experienced staff or students
