The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and neonatal patients , particularly in PICU or NICU environments , and must have Trauma Level II experience . This role involves providing specialized respiratory care to critically ill infants and children while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a Children's Hospital and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center . Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments for pediatric and neonatal patients. Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management. Monitor and adjust ventilator settings based on patient condition and physician orders. Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide critical care support when needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients' families on respiratory treatments and care plans. Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record. Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure proper infection control protocols.Years of Experience:

Skills Strong understanding of pediatric and neonatal respiratory care practices. Experience with ventilators and advanced respiratory support in critical care settings. Knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols for infants and children. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills for interacting with families and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.Shift:
