Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred or willingness to obtain Prior clinical experience in an acute care or hospital environment is highly desirable Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding respiratory care through therapies and procedures such as mechanical ventilation, airway management, and patient education Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Respond effectively in emergency situations, including rapid response and code blue teams Document and track patient outcomes accurately following facility protocols Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
