Nights | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff. Create work schedules, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations. Provide input for hiring and termination procedures. Coordinate patient care with other members of the team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes. Ensure that adequate supply levels are maintained and makes changes to supply as needed. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Respiratory Care Practitioner temporary/provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Life at
