Who We're Looking For Wave Healthcare is looking for a passionate, outgoing Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who thrives in front of people, someone who lights up when given the chance to educate, connect, and represent a DME company they believe in. The Role As a Clinical Outreach RRT, you will serve as the face of Wave Healthcare across multiple Texas regions. You'll build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, sleep centers, and other healthcare organizations educating them on what Wave Healthcare has to offer and demonstrating the clinical value we bring to our patients. This role is branch-based Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and requires travel of approximately 30% of the time across your designated territory. Travel expense stipend. Company-based bonus eligibility. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary clinical educator and clinical outreach for Wave Healthcare across multiple Texas regions. Conduct high-impact education and training sessions for hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and sleep centers on our full home respiratory and enteral product line, including CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen, ventilators, feeding pumps and related supplies. Build genuine, trust-based relationships with physicians, nurses, and case managers. Collaborate with branch offices to identify territory needs and develop outreach plans. Maintain accurate records of all visits and report progress in bi-weekly Clinical Outreach Meetings. Represent Wave Healthcare at educational events, seminars, and community outreach initiatives. What You Bring Active RRT credential with a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, required. Deep knowledge and hands-on competency with home respiratory and enteral equipment. A genuine passion for clinical education and a natural ability to train and engage diverse audiences. An outgoing, high-energy personality that is comfortable being in the spotlight. Excellent communication and presentation skills; you can explain complex clinical concepts in a way that resonates with any audience. Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships independently and as part of a team. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record for the past three years. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time across your assigned Texas region(s). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with CRM tools 1+ year of outreach or marketing experience preferred.
