Desired Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an RRT in Virginia Proven proficiency in clinical respiratory procedures and patient assessment Experience working in acute care or hospital settings preferred Strong critical thinking and communication abilities Ability to adapt to new environments with professionalism and flexibility
