How you'll contribute A Respiratory Therapist who excels in this role:

• Provides services to patients of all age groups in accordance with physician orders, working both independently and as part of the of multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
• Responds to codes and call for emergent assistance.

Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we're looking for - position specific Applicants should have a current Virginia state Respiratory Therapist license. Completion of an Accredited Program for Respiratory Care Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 7 days of hire. Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) is required within 6 months of hire.

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Nursery experience preferred.
