Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
