Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current licensure to practice as an RRT Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective respiratory care to patients across varying acuity levels Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and nebulizer treatments Collaborate closely with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams Conduct patient assessments and adjust care plans per evolving needs Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment is functioning optimally Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.44 to $45.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
