Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status.
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification with active, unencumbered license. Recent experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, ventilatory support, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy. Conduct diagnostic procedures, including arterial blood gas analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. Accurately document all interventions and patient responses.
