Required Qualifications:

Graduate of AMA approved school for Respiratory Therapist. Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS
