Interim Manager, Respiratory Therapy Needed in Spokane, WA! The Position An Interim Manager, Respiratory Therapy is needed to provide leadership for respiratory therapy operations. Reports to the Director of Respiratory Therapy. Key responsibilities include productivity management, hiring support staff, improving overtime utilization, as well as overall staff supervision, equipment coordination, respiratory care quality, and operational planning. The ideal candidate will have respiratory therapy leadership experience with strong technical expertise, business planning skills, and the ability to achieve results in a dynamic clinical environment. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Active Respiratory Therapist license required. Previous respiratory therapy leadership experience required. Compensation Details Compensation Range:

$150,000 to $160,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
