Job Description

RT job Description/Indeed For over 35 years Fox Valley Pulmonary Medicine has been providing excellence in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine to patients in the Fox Valley. Due to patient demand we are currently seeking an additional experienced Respiratory Therapist to work flexible PRN hours/week - with no nights or weekends! This is a fast-paced position and requires the ability to multi-task. This role assists treatment of patients under the direction of the Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking an energetic, positive and friendly person!
Essential Job duties:
Performs all aspects of pulmonary function tests Performs all aspects of apnea link and watchpat studies Performs all aspects of nocturnal oximetry studies Completes patient education Performs ambulatory oximetry testing Work independently in a fast paced work environment; requiring efficient time management Communicate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, etc. Supply ordering Works cooperatively as a valuable part of the patient care team Maintains confidentiality of patient information Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Full Spectrum PFT testing experience required. Min 6 month experience, preferred 1 year in an outpatient setting. Valid WI state license CPR certification This position travels to our Appleton and Neenah offices with Neenah being the primary location. Must be willing to comply with company policies and procedures. It is important to have an excellent attendance history. Prior Epic experience is a requirement.
