Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency settings preferred BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly and effectively within fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory disorders Conduct diagnostic procedures and manage ventilators as needed Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff in patient care planning Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapy protocols Accurately document patient progress and respond to emergencies with informed interventions Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control standards
