Schedule/Hours:
Travel role—full-time commitment, typically 36-40 hours per week (scheduling specifics may vary by assignment).
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state licensure or eligibility in Wisconsin BLS and ACLS certification (preferred) Recent acute care or hospital experience Proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing respiratory care plans Strong communication and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
Delivering safe and effective respiratory therapies to patients of all ages Managing ventilator support and administering complex respiratory treatments Monitoring patient progress and documenting care in accordance with best practices Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes Educating patients and families on equipment and therapy as needed
