Schedule/Hours:
Every Other Weekend (EOW) Every Other Holiday (EOH) May need to float onsite within your skill set or to locations within 40 miles depending on staffing needs
Qualifications:
Valid Wisconsin license in hand prior to start date Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required Recent critical care experience (current or within last 12 months) Experience with EPIC electronic health record Proven ability to manage high patient volumes Previous travel assignment experience desired Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification optional
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a fast-paced acute care setting Perform advanced airway management and ventilator therapy Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adjust to floating assignments as needed Contribute to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation using EPIC Maintain consistent communication with healthcare team and patients' families
