Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid and current Respiratory Therapy license, or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin BLS and ACLS certification (preferred) Recent clinical experience in an acute care setting Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatments and equipment use Respond promptly to emergencies and provide advanced airway management
