Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid respiratory care license (or eligibility) in Wisconsin Recent clinical experience in acute care settings preferred Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services, including patient assessment, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic interventions Monitor ventilators, administer inhaled medications, and provide airway management Respond to emergency situations and rapid response calls Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective care plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
