Shift:

7:00 PM•7:30

AM Experience:

36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

Staffency Program•ProHealth Care. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

Comfortable working in a critical care environment.

Emergency and Critical Care Required Credentials:

Associate Degree or Certificate Special Requests:

Willing to train in NICU (This is where the greatest need is•NICU patients)

Shift & Scheduling:

Flexibility may be needed with shifts

Weekend/Holiday:

Every 2nd or 3rd weekend;

Holiday Rotation On Call/Call Back Requirements:

None Floating Requirements:

To Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago and other units as needed 19 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT (National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
