Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment Guaranteed 36 hours per week Night shifts: 12- and 8-hour options (0630-1500 or 0630-1900) Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), with a current WI license Minimum 3 years' experience in a critical care environment Proven NICU experience required
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, active RRT or CRT license Experience with EPIC charting in the past 12 months Flexible and resilient; adapts well to change Collaborative, social, and comfortable floating to other units
COVID-19
vaccination (or qualified exemption)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care in emergency, critical care, and NICU settings Float to units within primary and affiliated locations as census requires Chart accurately using
EPIC EMR
Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment
