Travel assignment Variable shifts may be availableResponsibilities:
Conduct a variety of diagnostic and functional tests for patients Develop, implement, and assess respiratory treatment plans Closely monitor patient progress and document clinical outcomes Perform phlebotomies and initiate/discontinue IV therapy as required Serve as an educator for patients on treatment administration and equipment use Deliver care within the specialized needs of NICU patientsQualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Experience working in NICU settings essential Proficiency with respiratory diagnostic procedures and patient monitoring Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to initiate and manage phlebotomy and IV therapiesBenefits:
