Relocation Assistance Job Summary:

P3SG is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services in a hospital-based setting in Rawlins, Wyoming. This full-time Respiratory Therapist job supports emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care within a collaborative medical environment. The Respiratory Therapist will provide routine to advanced respiratory care , perform cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures , and partner closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient-centered respiratory care .

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and respiratory medications Perform cardiopulmonary diagnostics , including PFTs, ECGs, and Holter monitoring Manage ventilators and airway support , including setup, monitoring, and documentation Support and coordinate home sleep study testing Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation of patient care Clean, disinfect, assemble, and quality-test respiratory therapy equipment Safely handle and store compressed medical gases Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on individualized care plans Perform other duties as assigned to support department and patient care needs

Required Qualifications:

NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Wyoming Respiratory Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) BLS certification required at hire ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within six (6) months of employment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy Prior hospital or clinical respiratory therapy experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in acute care or critical care environments Strong knowledge of ventilator management and oxygen delivery systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
