Role:

P3SG is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a hospital-based team in Rawlins, WY. This role offers the opportunity to work through emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings , delivering high-quality respiratory care in a collaborative clinical environment. You will play a key role in supporting patient outcomes through advanced respiratory treatments, diagnostics, and ventilator management .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders Administer and monitor oxygen therapy and respiratory medications Perform cardiopulmonary diagnostics (PFTs, ECGs, Holter monitoring) Manage ventilators and airway support systems Support sleep study testing and patient monitoring Maintain accurate EMR documentation Ensure proper cleaning, testing, and maintenance of respiratory equipment Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver patient-focused care

Required Qualifications:

NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - REQUIRED Wyoming Respiratory Therapist License (or eligible to obtain) BLS Certification (required at hire)

ACLS, PALS, NRP

(within 6 months) Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Associate's or Bachelor's)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in acute care or critical care settings Strong skills in ventilator management Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
