Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in students' lives by providing essential speech and language support in an engaging school-based environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for passionate speech-language pathologists who thrive in pediatric settings and are skilled in both traditional and teletherapy service delivery. Your expertise assessing, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans will help students reach vital communication milestones. Whether you've just completed your Clinical Fellowship Year or bring years of experience (with CCC credentialing), your talents will be valued and supported as you collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapy professionals. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure required or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcomed Strong background in pediatric speech and language intervention, preferably with direct school experience Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and tools Commitment to evidence-based, individualized student care Effective communicator, both written and verbal Collaborative spirit and adaptability within diverse school teams What you'll do: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and virtual speech therapy sessions in accordance with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Document progress, maintain accurate records, and monitor ongoing improvement Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Step into a rewarding assignment that will expand your professional skills and positively influence young lives.
