Under the supervision of the program preceptor with supervision directed by the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA) and the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), to apply knowledge gained from academic training to further develop and refine skills of an independently functioning voice and upper airway specialized speech language pathologist at the entry level of Clinical Specialist.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and completion of a clinical experience at the graduate student level in voice and upper airway. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION
Eligible for provisional Alabama licensure through ABESPA granted to Clinical Fellows in Speech Language Pathology
