Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Educate residents, families, and staff regarding treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
